Introducing Mobile Health Library: A Plethora of Prescription API Integrations
Walgreens is excited to announce a whole athenaeum of applications integrated with the Prescription Refill and Transfer API from Adherent Health and their Mobile Health Library™applications for iOS, Android, and the Amazon Fire phone & Kindle tablet.
Mobile Health Library™ (MHL) is the HIPAA-compliant clinical engagement system built for the unique education, service, and support needs of patients, caregivers, nurses, physicians, and pharmacists. The MHL application supports the safety, education, adherence, and affordability needs of patients taking specific medications, or using specific medical devices.
Rob Dhoble, CEO, Adherent Health, LLC had this great quote about the integration: "Integrating the Walgreens scan-to-refill API into the Mobile Health Library app helps to simplify the Rx refill process for many of our patients, supporting medication adherence as part of mobile engagement strategies that advance health outcomes.”
